1. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Washing: Machine Wash at 40°C.
Bleaching: Do not use chlorine-based bleach.
Drying: Avoid spin dry. Squeeze off excess water or delicate spin. Hang to dry.
Ironing: Maximum sole-plate temperature of 100°C
Dry Cleaning: Suitable for dry cleaning in perchloroethylene.
Standard UK Delivery is FREE per order. You should receive your purchase within 3 to 5 working days.
Orders to Europe are charged at £5.00 for postage and £7.50 for the rest of the world.
All orders are dispatched through Royal Mail.

3. HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE ITEMS:
We hope you love your new garment as much as we do, however if your order isn’t right or if you have changed your mind, don’t worry, you can return or exchange them. Just simply follow the notes below, they will help you.
It’s important that our Redwood Girls garments are returned to us unused and with all tags and labels still attached! We will not accept returned garments without tags and labels, unless the garment is faulty.
However, faulty goods can - and should - of course be returned regardless, so that you can be completely satisfied with your Redwood Girls online experience!
If you are not completely satisfied with your Redwood Girls purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. Once received and examined, we will issue a full refund. Items should, if possible, be returned in their original packaging with a completed Returns Form. If not, it may take a little longer to refund you.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, BRIEFS cannot be returned. Please do not remove the tags and labels until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items:
If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please complete your Returns Form and return to the address below. Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment’s washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label.
We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or use. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post on return to us.
If you require a different item you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. If you require a different size or colour of the same item, please return the item including a completed Returns Form requesting the different size/colour and we'll do our best to send one out to you. If the new size/colour is unavailable we will refund your order and email to inform you. Return postage charges are non-refundable.
